Being a good real estate agent takes a lot of grit and Erika made it look easy.
Erika helped us with selling and buying at the same time which can be a challenge, but Erika helped us sail right through and we got both deals closed on time. She was available 24/7 to answer any of our questions or to handle any issues. Erika was fully transparent throughout the entire process and kept us informed. My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and knew very little about the home buying process.
Erika answered all of our questions and taught us everything we needed to know. She was always available and went above and beyond every step of the way. We began looking in September 2023 and didn’t find our perfect home until May 2024. She showed us numerous houses during this time frame and at no point did Erika make us feel rushed or pressured us in anyway. She waited until we found the perfect house and then she took it from there. Expectedly, there were a few bumps along the home buying journey but Erik handled everything perfectly. She went to bat for us when needed. She answered every question and provided us the guidance we needed.
